Recipes

PEACHES TO SYRUP


INGREDIENTS:

* 5 cups to wather
* 2 cups to sugar
* 8 peaches big
* 1/2 spoonful of essence of vanilla
* Pinch of cinnamon
* Whipped cream


PREPARATION:

* In a pot to the fire water, sugar, sinnamon and vanilla essence.
* Cook for 10 minutes to get a clear syrup.
* Apart peel peaches, cut in to halves and remove the seeds.
* Put the peaches in the por and let cook until quite soft, about half an hour.
* Let cod in refrigerator and serve with whipped cream on top.




Esta receta es de mi abuelita por parte de mi mama ella los prepara muy ricos.
